Orders and Returns
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. For changes or cancellations to your order, please contact email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to a Utah address.
We are not able to offer returns, because these are oral/chewable products, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked for sanitary reasons.
We truly hope that you are happy with your purchase! If something is not exactly as you had hoped please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Even though products cannot be returned, we will still always do our best to help whenever we can.
Orders ship out Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Our order processing time is between 1 to 3 business days (order processing time is not shipping time). Once the packages sent to USPS, we have no control over how long it will take them to arrive at your destination but estimate 2-3 days. Please contact USPS if the tracking is shown as delivered and you have not received your package, they will need to track the package for you. Moss and Fawn is not responsible for lost items after package has been scanned by USPS.
